Roles and Responsibilities of Business Analyst
The business analyst (BA) plays an important role as liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team (software developers, vendors, etc.) ensuring that business needs are reflected and meet in any software solution. The business analyst works with stakeholders to define their business needs and extract the requirements for the solution to be delivered. The Business analyst gathers the required conditions and capabilities of the business, document them in a consistent, complete, and useful for the team who will design and deliver the solution.
